South Downs Youth Action Days

The beautiful South Downs are right on the doorstep of Winchester and are great for walkers, cyclists, runners or just someone who appreciates the beauty of nature.

You're never too young to admire the wonderful natural landscape we have around us and doing something active to conserve the natural world is very important. 

South Downs Youth Action is organised by the South Downs National Park Authority volunteering team. The activities are led by their ranger teams and project staff who have a wealth of experience and knowledge in areas such as wildlife conservation, land management, cultural heritage, access to the countryside and environmental campaigning. 

South Downs Youth Action (SDYA) is a youth volunteer programme run by the South Downs National Park Authority. The run volunteering sessions for young people aged 16-25. The sessions last for about 4 hours. The volunteers are looking for the following things:

The next Action Days are 17-19 February 2020. The sessions are free but you must register in advance.
