Winchester is home to a thriving gin scene. The Blend Academy has mixing experiences where you can infuse your own gin with your chosen botanicals or enjoy gin cocktail making classes. The Bombay Sapphire distillery has retained the history from when it was once a corn mill but has elegantly extended the building with a large mirrored artistic distillery. The distillery is a great day out to learn all about the gin making process.
