Walking - Winchester

From a casual stroll following the poet Keats' Walk to more challenging steep hill hikes up St. Catherine's Hill. Winchester is a hidden gem when it comes to walking and hiking as it sits just on the edge of the South Downs.

If you're coming to Winchester for walking and hiking we recommend bringing a car to reach some of the most scenic South Downs trails. All of our properties have free parking available whether it is a private drive or a parking permit for on street parking.
